It was the 128th Shuttle bus purpose and the 30th mission to the International Spaceport Station. While at the periodic lab, the STS-128 workers performed 3 spacewalks.Hernandez joined NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston in 2001. There, he was a components research study developer in the Materials & Processes branch at some point, he became division main.
